QAre you in any way related to an investment company called Chartered Asset Management based in Bangkok, Thailand?
ANo, we do not have any operations in Thailand, nor do not have any relationship with them. Investors who need clarification may contact our personnel. It is always a good practice for potential clients to check with relevant authorities as to whether entities in question are licensed.
QIs there any criteria for a prospective investor?
AYes, under the regulations laid by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, prospective investors must be accredited investors as defined in the Securities and Futures Act (Cap 289). An accredited investor is defined in the Act to include individuals with net personal assets of at least S$2 million and corporations with net assets of at least S$10 million.
QIs there a minimum subscription amount for CAM-GTF?
AYes, initial subscription must be a minimum of US$100,000. There is no limit for subsequent subscription.
QIs there any restriction as to who can subscribe to CAM-GTF?
AYes, residents of Ireland, United Kingdom and United States of America cannot subscribe to CAM-GTF other than:

UK: A person whose ordinary activities involves acquiring, holding, managing or disposing of investments (as principal or agent) for the purposes of a business or who is a government, local authority or public authority as defined in paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Financial Services Act 1986 of the United Kingdom.

US: A person who is an "accredited investor" within the meaning of Regulation D under the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and have delivered a letter to us regarding such status and as to certain other matters and containing their agreement to certain restrictions upon the resale of the Redeemable Preference Shares.
